Questions

How long does delivery take?

Each book is printed to order. As a rough guide, allow about two weeks: around 5–7 working days to print, then 2–5 days with Royal Mail. These are planning estimates, and we'll confirm the real timings before opening orders.

Last order date for Christmas:

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We post to UK addresses only.

Can I return it or cancel?

Every book is made to order with your child's name on it, so we can't accept returns or cancellations if you simply change your mind. Please check the spelling in the preview before you order.

If your book arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, get in touch and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

What age is it for?

It's written for ages 0–3, to be read aloud together. The story is short, rhymes, and has lots of "crunch, crunch, crunch" sounds to join in with.

What's the 'From' line?

It's the last line of the dedication page, for the person giving the book. You can type anything up to 40 characters, such as "Love, Grandad".

Does the preview collect my details?

No. The name and message you type stay in your browser. This page doesn't send them anywhere and has no tracking or analytics.

Is it a hardback or a paperback?

We plan to offer both. Prices shown are placeholders until they're confirmed.
